Auto headlight reconditioning & restoration is a very popular and profitable add-on to auto detailing. Most vehicle headlights are covered with a protective, transparent, plastic lens. These headlight lenses protect expensive automotive lamps from flying stones and road debris but they discolor over time needing reconditioning. Becoming opaque and cloudy, this can severely restrict the amount of light reaching the road. This clouding is caused by accumulated exposure to ultraviolet light. If you live in a southern state, or Hawaii, this discoloration can become noticeable in as little as 2 years.

Our Plastic & Headlight Resurfacing/Protector Kit contains everything you need for reconditioning cloudy headlights allowing you to restore optical clarity to dull, cloudy headlight lens covers in 3 easy steps. This headlight cleaning kit also contains an additional chemical that will enable you to clean & recondition plastic surfaces like convertible roof windows and more.

Our Commercial Series Kit will recondition & restore 60-75 sets of headlights. The going rate for headlight reconditioning & restoration is about $75 for wholesale work and $100-$150 for retail work to restore a pair of plastic headlights. Your costs for materials (excluding labor) are between $3.00 and $4.00 for each set of headlights, depending on which kit you buy. Our Showroom New product makes plastic trim look brand new again. Door handles, mirror casings, wheel flairs, bumper trim, running board inserts, faded bedliners, even golf cart trim, virtually anything plastic on the exterior of a vehicle can be restored to like-new condition. Used car dealers have begged to have a product that will recondition ugly, faded door handles to like-new condition. Dressings wear off quickly. Showroom New is a dye that will not streak or run-off on the paint. Our Showroom New product does not contain any silicones and will not dull out like dressings do.

This kit comes with four 4oz bottles of Showroom New (3 Black/1Gray). Each bottle is enough to recondition & restore up to 200 door handles. Black is of course the most popular. Grey is becoming more popular and is excellent to use on Volvos and PT Cruisers.
