Jason Killmer is one of the most respected paint correction specialists in the automotive restoration industry. His meticulous craftsmanship has contributed to some of the world's most celebrated collector vehicles, including the prestigious Ridler Award-Winning "Checkered Past" 1940 Ford Coupe and numerous multi-million-dollar automobiles displayed at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.

As the Co-Founder of KXK Dynamics, Jason has helped develop innovative detailing equipment used by professional detailers and restoration experts around the globe, including his renowned custom wet sanding blocks.

Beyond the shop, Jason is passionate about educating the next generation of craftsmen. He teaches elite Wet Sanding Master Classes, collaborates with leading automotive appearance manufacturers on product development and testing, and co-hosts the popular Driven By Details Podcast.

Jason's journey is equally inspiring. Born ten weeks premature, he has overcome cerebral palsy affecting his right side and limited depth perception in his left eye. Rather than allowing these challenges to define him, he transformed them into strengths, developing the patience, precision, and relentless attention to detail that have become the hallmark of his work.

Known for treating paint correction as an art form, Jason routinely invests 150 hours or more—and sometimes an entire year—perfecting a single vehicle to concours standards. His uncompromising pursuit of perfection has earned him a reputation as one of the finest craftsmen in the industry.

Barry E. Theal is an internationally recognized automotive detailing expert, educator, and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in paint correction, ceramic coatings, and professional detailing. As the CEO of SB3 Coatings and Barjack Tools, Barry has dedicated his career to developing innovative products while helping professional detailers build successful businesses around the world.

In addition to leading two respected brands, Barry serves as the Director of Training at Detail King, where he has personally trained more than 1,000 detailers through hands-on classes, workshops, and advanced certification programs. His passion for education has made him one of the industry's most sought-after instructors.

Barry's work has been recognized at some of the world's most prestigious automotive events, including Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, Cavallino Classic, and the Radnor Hunt Concours d'Elegance. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with industry leaders including Meguiar's, 3D Car Care, and numerous manufacturers to advance detailing techniques and product development.

A U.S. Army veteran, Barry is known for combining technical expertise with servant leadership. His teaching philosophy centers on helping others master not only the craft of detailing, but also the professionalism, discipline, and mindset required to build a lasting career.
