This warranty applies only to the original purchaser from an authorized FLEX retailer and may not be transferred. THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY IS CONDITIONED ON REGISTRATION OF THE PRODUCT(S) WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE AND IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO FLEX 24V TOOLS, BATTERIES AND CHARGERS.
