  What “neutral-cleaner with protection formula” means: Pol Star pairs a fine-pore foam (foam lamellas) with a conserver compound left behind after wipe-up. The foam lifts dirt from fiber pores or leather grain without saturating the substrate, so there’s no wet-edge water spot on perforated leather or Alcantara, where saturation crushes the nap. The neutral pH won’t strip the factory waterproofing on leather or the textile finish on Alcantara the way high-pH alkaline cleaners do over repeated use.   • Pol Star: neutral-pH routine cleaner with protection. Use for regular interior maintenance on leather, Alcantara, and textile. This is your default.
  • Eulex: stain and adhesive solvent. Use for gum, ink, stickers, asphalt, and similar specific stain problems Pol Star can’t handle.

  General rule: start at 1:10 and adjust. Go more diluted (1:20) for delicate surfaces like Alcantara and headliners. Go more concentrated (1:5) only for heavy soil, and always test in an inconspicuous area first.

• For Best Results
  1. Dilute to the soil level (1:5 to 1:20) and apply with a spray bottle, microfiber mitt, or similar. Give it a short dwell.
  2. Work in the direction of the main fibers with a sponge or microfiber cloth.
  3. Lift residue and foam with a damp cloth or a wet/dry vacuum.
