It is built for detail shops handling vomit, urine, blood, and biohazard-class cleanup work that a standard carpet shampoo can’t touch.

  A standard carpet shampoo lifts surface dirt with surfactants but leaves the protein behind in the fiber, which is why a “cleaned” car-seat urine stain smells again three days later when the foam re-hydrates. Bio-Zyme’s enzymes break the protein down at the molecular level so it can’t re-volatilize.

  • Removes rotten organic stains from the fibers themselves. Vomit, blood, urine, feces: Bio-Zyme penetrates carpet and upholstery instead of cleaning just the surface.
  • Kills the bacteria stains leave behind, which is what stops mold from growing later in fabric and cushions.
  • Destroys lingering odors at the source instead of masking them, from pet accidents to spilled milk and coffee.
  • Cushion injection for deep-set stains. Fill a syringe or injector and treat inside the foam; plan on one square inch of coverage per ounce of product.
  • Highly concentrated, so one bottle goes a long way.
• For Best Results
  1. Scoop away solid matter first (a spoon works) so you do not grind it deeper into the fabric.
  2. Spray Bio-Zyme on the affected area and let it dwell 10 to 30 minutes, longer for stains that have been setting in.
  3. Follow with a water spray and a small amount of Carpet Cleaner and Upholstery Shampoo, worked in with a Carpet and Upholstery Scrub Brush, then wipe off the excess.
  4. For serious stains, finish with an extractor, and treat the surrounding areas that picked up the odor.
