I came to The Detail Kings after my normal detail supplier failed me at a time I really needed detailing products. I was immediately impressed with how well the Pearl Gloss worked. I’ve had the opportunity to try it diluted to bring less of a shine to the interior but for me high gloss is my preference. Detail King has truly been a life changer. From 13 years of past radio experience and always having a passion for cleaning vehicles, Detail King is the reason why I am in the position on where I am today. From training, buying detailing products, troubleshooting problems in the field, to becoming an authorized licensee… I cannot thank Detail King enough. Bill Bruno is my sales rep. Although every member of the Detail King staff is amazing and I could write a bible highlighting each and every one of them, I communicate the most with Bill. Bill is not your typical sales person. Bill has and continues to look out for your best interest. Making sure that you have what you need but also making sure you and your business is successful. Bill has been a huge problem solver, great at calling to BS a random thought or idea that I get about 50 of a day (exaggerating a little bit).

Bill isn’t your typical sales guy who looks out for himself my trying to sell you on the highest dollar amount to hit his wallet on commission… Bill is an expert! Knows the Detail King brands, products, how to use them and is great from a basic order to helping brainstorm an idea to troubleshooting. Very well rounded! Most of the time you run into a sales person that knows nothing about what goes on in the field. Bill is someone you don’t get often as a senior sales manager.

In closing, DK is great and I am successful and stand out far more superior because of Detail King. I lead the market offering high end auto detailing and the best products and chemicals in the market offering quality and long term protection. If you are just getting started… I highly recommend Detail King!!! You don’t be disappointed!!!

I wanted to give a shout to Bill, Nick and the other guys over at Detail King. I’ve been doing business with them for a little over 2 years now! Bought everything from the Mytee hot water carpet extractor to the flex DA, polishes, towels, brushes and everything in between! Each time I wasn’t positive about something I would call them and each time I would speak to 1 of 3 guys! It’s nice to not only have it to where you can talk to someone and have an educated answer to your question, it’s also nice because these guys also have done it a 1001 times in the field! Our auto detailing shop has been using Detail King products for about 5 years. We have tried many different detailing products from many different companies over the years, and nothing has been more consistent and worthy than Detail King products. We especially like the salt off, pearl gloss, cherry wax and one step prep. These products can be used minimally, which helps save on our costs and add to our bottom line.

The Detail King customer service we receive has been nothing but stellar! These guys not only know their stuff, but they want to make sure you are happy with the products from ordering to application. We will continue to use DK products and I highly recommend that you do to! We have also utilized their auto detailing seminar to help train our staff. Incredible is not a strong enough word.
