Friendly, great service and expertise and received shipment in a timely manner during a pandemic!! Would recommend and use again

I absolutely love Detail King! These guys know the business and provide the best products available. I have been doing ceramic coating with Jade products for over a year now. I have a local Puris rep that stops by the shop every week, but there are specific items that I only purchase from Detail King. Detail King is also the only company I have found that does the Jade ceramic coating certification which I just signed up for because it is very important for me to have this certification.

Jason Fung was awesome getting me all signed up for my certification training July 2020, and Nick Vacco the owner was super helpful answering me questions prior to me signing up for the training class. These guys are always very responsive and on top of their business. They have helped me provide the highest level of service to my guest’s. I recommend Detail King to everyone, and I let any one who is need of their products to not be afraid to ask questions as the guys at Detail King are happy and very knowledgeable to answer any questions. I feel very fortunate to have such an awesome resource to have for products and training.

Jason is my go to King… of detailing. He has had my back from shipping to questions about products, processes, and detailing techniques.

Got to admit, I was in a pinch and needed an extractor fast. All the extractors at the place I usually go were on back order, found this out after I had already paid for it. Called Detail King they not only had one in stock but were able to get it shipped out the same day so it got here in time for the appointment I had scheduled.

I’m getting ready to start a detailing business and needed a a rack of products from Detail King. My total had come out to be more than I expected it to be.So I called and spoke to Bill, he was a great help. He was able to give me a great discount on my order. Family & I have Been using DK for years! Bill is great. Nick is humble. Products like pink power & pearl gloss I just won’t even bother buying anywhere else.

I have been using the DK products and I have been impressed with results. The Aqua Seal is easy to use and just shines through after week of rain and pollen. My shine still looks better than a neighbor who had just washed his car more recently. Furthermore, I am impressed with the time of delivery, which is international for me and the feedback and direction from your queries.

Staff was friendly, prompt, and mostly helpful. However, the fact that I bought a very expensive polisher which broke after first use and I was told I had to get a replacement through the manufacturer is VERY frustrating and discouraging. I will probably shop elsewhere for by business needs in the future. It was disappointing your store wouldn’t take responsibility for product that was sold in your store.

Ordered the master blaster revolution from Bill Bruno he took good care of me on my order. He promptly returned all my emails. You’re only as good as your customer service and theirs is great. Thank again

I have had nothing but an amazing experience with Detail King, you can sure tell they take pride in their work, and cherish their customers business. I ordered the mytee S-300h a week ago, I chose to do the one day air shipping, they called me and told they were out of stock on the S-300, asked if I would like to still proceed with my purchase, as I did, I only asked to be refunded the shipping difference, and they did that in a very good timely fashion! My mytee S-300h is everything and more, the thing is an animal for being the size that it is! I got it today actually, I would highly recommend shopping with Detail King, great company, and better customer service! 10/5 stars if I could! Keep up the awesome work!!!

Got to speak with Nick at first which instructed me that all sales reps were busy but he would have someone call me back shortly. The following call came 15 minutes later and was greeted very professionally and asked and answered all necessary questions. Looking forward to meeting both in person for my certification in the jade ceramic coating class in August.

Bill was extremely helpful walking us through an extractor operational issue. Very knowledgeable, professional and will definitely be the DK person asked for on my next call.
